Reasons for seeking therapy:
You don’t need to be in crisis to seek therapy! It is true that at times, life can become overwhelming, leaving us with a need to slow down and unpack the burdens accumulated over time.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy offers a space to de-clutter the mind and allow deeply hidden feelings to emerge. While the process of seeking meaning can be uncomfortable, it is often fundamentally transformative. I provide a grounded environment, where we work together to uncover the insights and understandings that may have evaded your attention.

Some reasons to consider:

1. Navigating Life Transitions & Stress

Career Changes: Managing work burnout, career shifts, or workplace stress.

Major Life Edges: Navigating divorce, retirement, moving, or becoming a parent.

Academic & Performance Pressure: Handling perfectionism, procrastination, or high-stakes stress.

2. Emotional Well-Being & Mental Health

Persistent Anxiety or Worry: Feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or experiencing panic attacks.

Low Mood or Depression: Experiencing persistent sadness, fatigue, or a loss of interest in activities.

Emotional Regulation: Difficulty managing anger, frustration, or intense mood swings.

3. Relationships & Communication

Relationship Conflicts: Working through recurring issues with a partner, family member, or colleague.

Boundary Setting: Difficulty saying “no,” pleasing others at your own expense, or establishing healthy limits.

Loneliness & Isolation: Seeking deeper connections or struggling to form meaningful relationships.

4. Healing & Personal Growth

Processing Trauma or Past Hurts: Unpacking painful past experiences, grief, or childhood adversity.

Self-Discovery & Identity: Exploring personal values, identity, purpose, or self-esteem.

Breaking Unhelpful Habits: Identifying and shifting destructive behaviour patterns or coping mechanisms.
